So Ive worked in fintech most of my life. Ive seen over the years the guy that goes out on his lunch break and takes a nap in his car. Always thought those guys were wierd or off. Ive even seen guys written up over it. After working from home the last few years I can absolutely without question say I am more alert, effective, and productive with even a small cat nap mid day.
