As title says. I was brought out to the middle of the country to open an restaurant. Construction delayed the open for 4 months. This was the owners first restaurant , they own other business. They put there trust into a chef to create a team menu and concept of the restaurant. I have work this that chef before and he call ask if I wanted the job and I made the move. The management team was very large with a lot of salary. Once it got open the money that we were making was what it was purpose. They made a decision to lay off some people, I was one of them. Now I have not work in my new state long enough to receive unemployment benefits and the job market is not that hot. Really have no ideas on what I'm going to do.
