Was placed on suspension over sensitive coworker and managers didn’t help before.

I work for the cafe of a small hotel. Coworker was acting unreasonable for a week and half. I ignored her but it's hard to work as a barista when the other person is not cooperating. So the other day an argument happened and she claims she went through my phone and found something offensive that was definitely directed on her. It was not even about her but she perceived it so, so she made it a deal and one of the guests got disturbed, so she came to address. I left after because said employee made me feel uncomfortable and checking my phone and all of that. Said employee has been complaining since I got hired there that she doesn't make as much tips as before because the pool with me is bigger now. Anyways they put me write my statement, sign a paper that I am on suspension until next week where they will decide if they keep me or not.
I guess my privacy and safety doesn't matter but only if its the guest.
