Way to get around RICS clock in system?

Long time lurker, first time poster lol. I work at a terrible company, everyone is underpaid and overworked (team of 10, doing the jobs of 20 people) and for years we have clocked in on a google sheet and clocked work outside of hours onto our hours worked. We are a creative based company with flexible schedules and majority of our team does extra work from home/work on the weekends to meet unrealistic quotas(without saying we worked on the weekends to 1. be expected to work in office on the weekends and 2. it’s easier to add 20 minutes onto your Friday time sheet than to ask to work on the weekend and be expected in office despite being able to do our work from home). Next week, they are implementing a real clock in system because the CEO does not believe we get into work between 8-9 and we…

We get there on time, just add on extra hours that we HAVE worked. Is there a way to clock in and out on RICS systems from your phone or an unapproved device?
