We don’t get paid enough to shoulder the blame.

I had a great pep talk from a coworker today. They reminded me that we don't get paid enough to shoulder the blame for an entire company/department/team. It's just a job. You don't also have a personal stake in the success or failure of the company. This probably applies to most or all of us in some way and definitely made me feel better and more able to disconnect from some of my stress. Hope it helps someone else out there 🙂
