I see posts all the time here showing how terrible the workforce is right now. It's depressing and it feels like the only way out is to leave the country.
But what can we do about it? We can't leave our jobs but there must be things we can do besides suffer like this.
Voting hasn't worked all these years and things have been getting worse no matter who our political leaders are.
Besides protesting and striking what can we do? I've been trying to spend my money at good companies that have good practices and treat their employees well but that's all I can think of.
I feel like its not gonna stop if we don't do anything.
