I make 55K$ with bonus, my work as a HubSpot consultant is usually sold at 100$/h I work for enterprise customers only and do about 200 hours of tracked work per week. But yeah asking for 3 weeks off in December is too much. A coworker had a baby and asked for a month, they told him it was excessive.
