Hey y’all!! Sorry I don’t know if I can post this due to the subreddits rules but I just seriously thought this was a great resource! Just saw this tiktok of a woman who created a website called Blacklist where workers (specifically marginalized workers) can share their stories from different companies and decide if it’s a good place to work! This is a great way to start calling out those discriminatory work places and I think if used efficiently will create a huge wave in the work space!
