Weird job interview

This company I applied to said I wasn't qualified for position A but since I also applied for position B with the same company, they said they'd give me a chance. The HR said they only conduct physical interviews and since I can't make it due to my tight schedule, I asked for an online interview instead but they insisted on a physical interview. I didn't want to pursue any further so I just told them it's ok and thanks for their consideration. But then they suddenly said we can do an online interview. They asked if I'm available on day A at time A, I said yes. Comes day A, they suddenly messaged me saying they'll have to change to time B. Comes day A, they suddenly messaged me saying they'll have to change to time B. I'm fine with that since they're informing me hours before time A. When time B comes, they made me wait for 45 minutes. I was keeping track because I can't do much while waiting.

During the interview, the person who interviewed me is kinda cocky. She would comment on my behaviour saying I'm too quiet. She also did a comparison between me n another candidate she interviewed, saying the other person has a PhD so why do you think we should hire you instead?

I know the questions she asked is to test me. In the end, she looked through my application and said they couldn't pay me the amount I requested which is 2.5 and asked me what's the most minimum I'll accept. I can't really think of anything lower than 2.5 because that job is located in a place where everything's expensive.

I told her the lowest I'll go is 2.2, her face lit up and said she'll get her team to email me the appointment letter and I'll have to sign it if I'm ok with the T&C of this job.

If I want to earn a 2.2, I might as well just get a job where I live and not move to a city 5 hours away. Heck even my previous job paid more than what they offered. I hated this, all the job hunting and salary negotiation. It drains my energy and I felt tired the rest of the day.
