Was working my scheduled shift. I don't normally work at this place, but they needed extra staff and I was available for the shift they asked me to work.
Quittin' time comes so I call up the manager and ask where I should leave the keys. He says that I *need* to stay later because the other folks ain't done with their work. I let him know what my scheduled hours were, and that I can't work overtime because I have other responsibilities. Didn't say this verbatim but you understand.
His response: Well that aint good.
I left at my scheduled end time and that was that. Maybe if we all hold our ground when we are able, then these jabronis wont screw up their schedule…
Nah, that wont happen.
