Went on a little rant on LinkedIn.

I made a post the other day venting my frustration about hiring managers and HR deceiving people about their “entry level” positions requiring 2-3 years of experience. I got a message from one of my former professors explaining how this has been a problem for while. He went on to say that it’s a bad look for me to be calling out managers and HR like that and that I shouldn’t be calling people out. I’m ashamed to admit that I folded and deleted the post in fear that I may not get an interview because of my post. Now, I’m angry and regret deleting it. I feel like they NEED to hear it from potential prospects and maybe they might reconsider adding the years of experience required for these so-called entry level positions. Should I have left it alone? Or was I right in deleting it?
