Does anyone know what the most reasons employers get sued and lose?
Property management is the most unethical industy I have ever worked in. I'm tiered of dealing with the blatant disregard for safety, the dishonesty, and the lack of integrity.
So, I want to sue the S&#! out of my employer.
I want to build a case that will WIN when I bring them to court. The property management industry and the company I work for are definitely violating osha rules and standards. From ladder safety, lead paint safety, asbestos safety, ect… They're cutting as many corners as they can.
I want to know the most common reasons employers get sued and lose, so I can start looking for evidence my employer is doing those things. What violations have the best chances in court?
