I have had many different jobs so far and therefore many job interviews. There have been really good interviews, but this has been the exception. In most of the interviews, however, pointless questions like the following were asked.
- What are your weaknesses?
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
- Are you really ready to move?
Basically, I (still) feel like working. There are definitely jobs/companies where many things are right, but when questions like these are asked, I no longer feel like working there.
