What are you guys doing for work that pays well and allows you to have a good amount of time with family?

I'm 31 and work at FedEx ground making more money than a lot of people with degrees including myself. I have 2 kids and a wife, but I'm looking for a career I can learn on my own that I can get into within 2 years. I have no family support, so life is less flexible for me. I want a life where I can work in another country and be able to work from home. I have been teaching myself to be a engineer mostly because I'm thinking ahead as if tomorrow I'm in my 60's. I anticipate I won't have retirement money. Is there a better route than going into corporate? I have a science degree and worked in oral surgery as an assistant. I was also told by a friend that is an RPA developer that I should go that route. Any career routes you guys do…

Is onlyfans, stripping or being a YouTuber the only route. Most jobs I see don't even pay 50k
