Title really, I'm having a hard time convincing my dad that this is also for his own good in the field that he works. He's been coming home and complaining nonstop since a snotnosed kid came and and became operational director claiming that the machines he works with can easily run 5-10 times as fast (even though it would destroy a lot of product to do so) when I told him that he should get this in writing he immediately went “there's nothing I can do about this” and that it “wouldn't help”
