Mine schedules meetings to promote AI usage for the company while our team doesn’t use AI for anything at all. Our job isn’t one that we can even use it. So we just sit there with blank expressions. The boss is very excited about the new advances in technology. Meanwhile the help we need to get caught up on our work is being denied. Instead we have endless meetings about AI which takes away from our time to actually work. Not to mention that we are behind because their focus is on other things (AI) so they weren’t monitoring everything to prevent our current situation. I’m so ready to leave.
