I fell off of a ladder on the job (about 6 feet) and landed on my hip pretty hard. This happend 4 days ago and I'm still hurting. I don't think anything is broken and I haven't gotten it checked out since I haven't gotten any medical help from my work. I'm a relatively new manager at a Walmart so idk if that has anything to do with it but I am not sure what to do and the whole thing just seems off to me.
Is there something legal I can do? I'm not really sure of my options and I don't wanna be rash about going forwards
