A hiring manager emailed me asking me to text them my availability for scheduling an interview (2 or 3 dates and times). I can literally make any time day or night work, any day of the week. I figured it would be easy then for them to look at their schedule and pick a time that works for them. I think it is odd that they emailed asking for me to text them and then give this response. Red flags?
