I am sitting on Indeed all day and looking around, everywhere in my city which is Edinburgh, Scotland they pay low wages that's for starters, tons of experience needed for any of the jobs, cleaning, warehouse, delivery driver…. i mean it's so off putting, even part time job cleaning in bloody nursery you need to meet criteria and requirements, leadership, IT, what else?
Another thing is Fast Paced environment, Fast Paced this and that, tight time schedule to do your job…. Wtf is going on?! Are there anywhere normal jobs where they can train you? Where is the rush with everything? I remember few years ago I'd have two weeks induction, or month sometimes to learn things in time… Nahh now they expect you after ONE day to know everything. I am so tired of this, can't be the only one.
