There are lots of things I/we put up with at work, but is there anything that you will absolutely refuse to do or put up with, even to the point of getting fired? Background: (UK) My manager’s manager is taking micromanaging to the next level and I’m considering whether I am willing to refuse to go along with her power trip to the point of losing my job. I think it’s a hill I am willing to die on, but thought it’d be interesting to hear some other perspectives.
