I posted a short time back. A sign showed up in the breakroom, that said one department was getting a $1500 retention bonus. The response to everyone else being upset was, hey isn’t this cool. When I find a new job, I will show up to let them know, my last day was yesterday, I thought you should know. And I will give this to them and let them know, maybe it will help hire my replacement, because it didn’t help retain me.
