What should I do about these comments?
Hi guys, I started a job two months ago and I thought everything was going well. However, in my opinion, the workload for a team of three people (myself included) should be for 4-5 maybe even 6 people. Also I haven’t received much training. Two weeks ago, my co-worker goes on vacation and my boss says that we should cover for them. Since I’m new here and I was dealing with my own tasks, I couldn’t really do much. My boss got mad and said this is unacceptable. He also said I’m not productive enough and keeps comparing me with people that have been there longer. And now recently, he said that I can’t do the amount of overtime that I did last week. In fact, he says to do the same amount of work in less hours. He again compared me saying these people can do the same amount of work in less hours. Any of you dealing with this? What’s the best course of action? Obviously I’ll trying bring more efficient.
