What Should I Do? Manager Lied For MONTHS. Now We Have 3 Employees. No Benefits.

This is really long so I'll use bullet points instead I have been a barber 3 years. In March I got hired at a chain salon. I was told I would be full time with benefits and a bonus after 90 days. I told her I'm a single mom and must be off by 4 pm and I could work all weekend. She agreed under the premise I do one closing shift per week and we agreed that day would be Fridays since my kids can spend the weekend with their grandparents. I have been a barber 3 years. In March I got hired at a chain salon. I was told I would be full time with benefits and a bonus after 90 days.

I told her I'm a single mom and must be off by 4 pm and I could work all weekend. She agreed under the premise I do one closing shift per week and we agreed that day would be Fridays since my kids can spend the weekend with their grandparents.

Then in July, 4 months into working, I asked where's my bonus and she told me that since I wanted to get off at 4 she only put me as part time but gave me full time hours

I ended up losing my food stamps and other government benefits in the process of all of this

So i never got my bonus or benefits

I went OFF and I contacted HR and they made me have a meeting with the Manager and General manager (which I recorded) and they told me I'm not allowed to go to HR for problems they can fix.

They told me that day I will be full time officially and they'll see what they can do about the bonus.

Fast forward to August they announced a new store opening and told me to get over there, they don't want no new people they want people with the best numbers.

So I stepped up my game and I sold a ton of product, kept the store spotless, got repeat customers above what they asked and so on.

Fast forward to last week the new store opened and they hired new people who they were still training at my current store. Neither of these employees can cut hair yet.

Also they took 6 out of our 9 employees to the new store but not me. I never got in trouble but the people they took have been wrote up for being drunk at work, missing mandatory meetings, and messing up hair cuts. Even the manager left to the new store.

Now my store has 3 people total working they doubled our hours and told me to deal with it (they have me working 7 days a week and closing 5 of those days) and I'm freaking cuz idk how I'ma find someone to watch my kids.

Also the new manager checked my status cuz I'm past my second 90 days and have yet to get my benefits package and she told me in the system the previous manager never sent the switch to HR so I'm still part time but scheduled 50+ hours this week.

I can't quit I need the money but I'm stressed out and 3 people cutting at a store that's made for 8 people to cut at is exhausting

I'm so angry and I wanna write HR again but idk what to do.

I haven't been in troublem in fact I used to bring coffee and donuts and pizza and etc for everyone so I don't understand

I don't have lawyer money by the way

Edited to add I also found out the new employees name $1.50 more per hour
