What to do in this situation of dealing a rude, two-faced, careless manager?

Does anyone have to deal with a fake and careless manager that he/she is friends with the General Manager and area manager who made everyone hate her due to laziness behavior? I recently felt fed up that he/she never cared about employees but he's/she's lazy and careless as heck. Do mind that I work for a corporate company I tried explaining the problem to the GM and he/she doesn't do a single thing to fix his/her behavior and neglects his/her employees most of the time. I lost my trust that this director has been working for a month and the GM is pretty new. However, the company is letting the behavior slide to the GM. I reported it twice but the new general manager is not doing a thing. I'm not particularly eager to quit but the behavior of the F&B Director makes us quit. Colleagues come up to me…

I recently felt fed up that he/she never cared about employees but he's/she's lazy and careless as heck. Do mind that I work for a corporate company I tried explaining the problem to the GM and he/she doesn't do a single thing to fix his/her behavior and neglects his/her employees most of the time. Colleagues come up to me that they are fed up with the manager's behavior and do not feel comfortable working with him/her.

My good assistant chef left because the company kept toying around with him and he was fed up with the lazy Food and Beverage manager. Also, the F&B Manager tells lies and tries to demean people. People told me that I did a good part already but he/she acts the same again after being reported.

I can recall an incident when he/she asked me to get a dessert for a big party and I tried to remember but he/she gave me a death stare that it was busy and I try to recall my memory.

Is this worth reporting to the corporate anonymous? If so, how can I write it anonymously?

Should this be reported to the Department of Labor anonymously?

Am I gonna lose this job?
