It's cliche at this point, but I've never seen things this bad and strange before.
What will be the ultimate result of the highest inequality since the gilded age, “inflation” despite record corporate profits, extreme political polarization, dropping birthrates with an aging populous and lack of economic prosperity, a reinvigorated labor movement and phenomena like quiet quitting, the lying flat movement, etc.?
Last time things looked like this the ruling class caused a world war. I don't think that's possible this time and the situation isn't completely identical.
