what’s happening with the employees?

I've read all some the latest posts of this thread. I see that most people here have very bad experiences with their employers because of their unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour. They never pay on time and sometimes put their staff do unpaid extra hours work. Guys, how do you deal with this, it's a clear violation of your rights? I think it's time to create associations and fight for our rights, I think it's the most solid solution for now. Government won't do nothing for all this
