There’s been a “conflict of interest” at work. I’m very good at my job, but I’m also just a technician’s assistant. My boss (corporation) and district manager are giving me the option to be demoted and travel 30 more minutes to a different location (demotion sucks. No fulfillment whatsoever + pay decrease), or.. I guess find another job?
I’ve been looking around, but what’s the right way to go about this? It’s a shitty situation to begin with, and I really just want to cut my ties and go, but it also seems so very personal.. I’m just stuck
