I'll go first. Mine was four days today. Their 'reason' (if you can even call it that) was my attitude, apparently. Unfortunately they wouldn't give me much more information besides 'talking back' (I make quips if stuff baffles me, I dunno if this is what they meant or what, as far as I know I was never snarky or mean? 🙁 ) and complaints from coworkers.
The kicker? “We already saw improvement.” I guess not fast enough improvement in… 4 days. Three 5 hour shifts and one shift of 3 hours. They never even mentioned anything to me about any issues. It's so frustrating. It took me so long just to find this job 🫠
Just looking for some support I guess, this is making me second guess my abilities as an employee literally anywhere hardcore. I really thought I was doing well at this job and they just pulled the rug out from under me.
Sigh. Back to job searching I suppose.
