What’s the most ridiculous thing your job give you that was not a raise/position change?

So, a few months ago, I left my job because of several reasons. One of those reasons was I got Bronchitis because there was mold growing in the ceiling of my office. Also, the company did not offer any sort of retirement fund, pay raise, title change, or flexible hours. Basically, my job gave me health and mental issues. I want to know if I’m not the only one who experienced something like this.
