I’ve had 3 potential employers this year complain about people’s work ethic and punctuality to me in interviews, as if for me to reassure them I’ll work hard and show up on time. I get having had bad experiences with employees but that’s not my fault or problem, and there are far better ways to assess an employee. To me that’s just unprofessional behavior.
