Across the board it looks like job seekers are seeing the same problems with how these companies are hiring. They’ve blatantly admitted that this job market issue revenge for the great resignation.
Companies keep job openings open to take in subsidies from the government. They’re adding more work for less pay.
I feel like there HAS to be something we can do to fix this. We’re the only developed nation in the world where this is a problem. We’re the only developed nation in the world where healthcare is tied to work, and one of a few that doesn’t have some kind of basic standard income.
Hell, the United States voted in the UN that FOOD, just FOOD, is not a basic human right.
We can’t keep sitting by and hoping it changes. There’s gotta be SOMETHING we can do.
