When can a manager go overboard with the CCs?

Here is where I'm curious if my manager was being fair or not. She sent an email saying that my client did not like me as an instructor and was requesting a switch. In it, she said that the kid was crying during the whole lesson and that his mother knows he is “normally” not like that, asked what happened during our lessons, why I am taking so long to do swim lessons, asked another instructor if he was willing to take my client, and asked my boss about refund options or holds. She CC'd me, two managers, and the other instructor she wanted to assign my student to.

Is this okay? I feel like in previous jobs I've had, managers maintained confidentiality. I understand why she tagged the managers, but is it just me or does it feel straight up rude to air this out to another instructor?
