I recently made a complaint to boli because my boss canceled one of my shifts without asking if I even wanted to not work. I live in oregon btw. Just wondering if I should double down and send one to HR. I'm in the restaurant business, according to boli if my boss cancels my shift they have to pay me 1.5x my normal rate of pay. I have another job lined up so I genuinely don't care if I get fired, and if I do get fired for this then I'd just sue for retaliation. Kind of a win win I guess.
