when you’re job is too easy and you can’t quit

(24f) Any advice for what to do at work for someone that’s job doesn’t really have them doing that much or the work is extremely under-stimulating? I probably spend 4 hrs day scrolling on my phone bc there’s just not anything to do. Nobody my age is at my job, and even so it seems like everyone’s work stimulates them. I’m the only person in my role and my manager loves me and wants to me stay. I do “good” work I guess but it’s really just responding to emails, setting up mtgs, and filling out documents. Advice like working out, joining a club, doesn’t really work here I need something to do during the 8 hrs I’m stuck in this corporate hell. And yes I have ADHD and extremely high performer in school, and I struggle to bring myself to sit and stare at a computer.
