Where are all of the full-time jobs that aren’t retail, food service, receptionist, etc., at?!?

I am so tired of trying to start my career. I graduated from college in May, and I am currently working towards my MBA. I currently work as a part-time teller and absolutely HATE it. I get paid $15 to do the work of 3 people and my employer doesn’t hire any of the tellers to full-time positions and we are often left short handed. I hate it, I want to leave so bad but I can’t find any full-time positions that aren’t retail, food service, etc. Pennsylvania minimum wage will go up to $15 in 2026. Why should I be happy to make minimum wage with a degree, and eventually a master’s? I’m frustrated, tired, and upset that I turned down an opportunity for a job that would have brought me some sort of stability because I thought the teller job would have been enough to hold me through…

Anyone else flustered?
