They are all “secure your zoom slot” zoom calls, multiple phone interviews that seem meaningless.
What Happened to ” We think you could be a good fit, what day works best for in person interview?”
I tend to always be on the lookout for a better opportunity because let's face it none of these businesses really care about you. Yet lately every interview process is so informal that I just cancel the interview because I don't want to work for company that hires tha way, there is no personal connection.
Anyone else frustrated by this or wanting the normal way of in person interviews with the supervisor or manager you'll have if you get hired?
