I work from home but have to go in for a full week in person to do a training to learn a new system and re learn what we already know. To learn the new system by itself, that can easily be done in about 30 minutes on zoom.
Why do companies insist on having people coming in when it would literally save them money by having us just do the necessary training remote. They literally had us come in to do basically new hire training for our job (we don’t need the training we been doing this job every day for years).
