I work at a job that guarantees me 3 weeks paid vacation. However, it’s one of those positions where I “earn” so many hours towards my vacation per month.
Why not just give them to me upfront and let me exhaust them? My dad’s job is like this.
They do the same thing with sick hours. I get 7 paid sick days per year but I literally earn maybe 3/4 of a full shift per month.
I can get sick at anytime….. wtf???
Am I missing something?
