Why don’t huge companies actually pay workers well and then beat their competition

They're not going to be making as much profit right away but think about it if you're paying your workers better than others your workers are going to be happy to work for you and they're going to provide you a better service and do a much better job so you may even make more at the end of it but at the very least your workers are going to be working harder than your competitions because they're getting paid what they deserve
