Today I was gave the option of a 4 dollar pay cut or being fired. I already had another job lined up so I dragged up on the spot. Anyway the job allowed employees to smoke inside and didn’t have guards on any of the equipment or tools. In my two weeks here two people out of 5 welders have done cut their self pretty bad. When I tried to report said issues to osha I just kept getting transferred to other people and couldn’t get anywhere. How to I actually file a complaint and talk to someone who can help me.
