I was able to be efficient without sacrificing quality, but today I was told I’m no longer allowed to do what I do and I have become a bottleneck for the rest of the process. I dont understand their way of thinking here. Like why does it matter how it gets done as long as it gets done fast and without errors. I liked coming to work before. I actually dislike it now, and just feel like this is just a job.
