Everyone was remote Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and had to go into the office Tuesday and Thursday.
Now they're going to force everyone to go into the office Tuesday-Thursday under the guise of “cross-collboration” despite all employees saying they didn't want it. Hanger just doesn't want their office lease to be unused.
The funny part is, they said that this doesn't mean that they're “asking more” of employees, but rather this means that Hanger is “doing more” for employees. But they don't even have snacks or provide lunch for employees. They provide nothing other than a spot to put your butt. How is forcing people to come into the office and extra day doing more for the employee?
Leadership at Hanger Clinic is an absolute joke. My wife tells me stories of how inept and ineffectual they are, and it's frustrating. I'm a manager at a company with legitimately great leadership (there's a reason I've stayed with them for 10 years) and it's so frustrating seeing how Hanger Clinic could improve, but they simply refuse.
