Ok so I’ve never posted here before so hear me out. Company I work for pays commission per item sold. I’m having to sign a form stating I agree. Thing is, if you don’t sell at least 5 for the month, you do not receive commission on that item. However you will receive all other commissions(5 in total). Is it illegal to withhold commissions like that? Say I have a bad month or I’m out for the majority of the month and I sell 4? I get nothing? Alabama labor laws btw Love to hear your thoughts.
