Apparently this is the determination because I was fired for my attendance??? (I called out a lot because shitty work environment, I’m just a college student I’m not killing myself over a stepping stone job; and I had requested time off from work for a few days to a manager but they never told HR so they counted them as unexcused absences. Told them and they didn’t care.) I thought they were called UNEMPLOYMENT benefits, now I won’t receive benefits until I’m employed??? What the fuck???
