I refused to do a task that was not in my job description. Fired two days later. Store manager asked me to go outside and open the community dumpster because the maintenance guys had forgotten to do so. I refused, and was fired two days later. It is not in my job description to open the shopping malls dumpsters. My goal here is to find out my options, I am in Florida.
