I was supposed to start receiving health and dental benefits from work in late December. It’s more than a month overdue now. I get deductions from pay but my account isn’t even set up.
Managers have been contacted, some of them multiple times; I spoke with the union rep at work, and she called someone at the union main office and told me that my account will be set up on Tuesday.
It’s Tuesday now, I just called the insurance company, and still nothing. I am not sure what to do now? I hate this workplace so much. I just want to get my teeth fixed and leave this place.
