So pretty much what it says on the title. It has always baffled me that they will not let you have your discount unless you use your work badge which directly charges your paycheck that you get next payday.
The only way around this is to use the self checkout, which is down a lot, and “technically” we're not supposed to use the discount button on the screen.
Coincidentally, the kitchen staff I know for a fact get a 30% discount and they get it no matter how they pay.
Anybody else deal with this type of thing with their work?
This is obviously not the kitchen staffs fault and it's just more political corporate BS to nickel and dime employees.
