I’ve been debating about leaving my current job to go back to my old one. My new one is 15 an hour while my old is 14, but the new job is toxic and run very poorly (I’ve been constantly harassed by customers and coworkers) while the other one is more relaxed and my coworkers are very friendly and supportive. My old job doesn’t offer any benefits, but is a more healthy environment, while my new job offers more benefits, but is more toxic. I’m currently working only part time because I’m going to school as well and I still live at home with my parents and pay rent. Part of me says suck it up and stay at the 15 an hour, while the other part of me says get out of there and go work at the place that pays less, but is more enjoyable. What do you think?
