Hi Antiwork,
I'm sorry if this isn't the right group for this, but it definitely does have to do with work. A coworker of mine left a work chat open with our mutual supervisors, and I happened to see it. They were talking about my work ethic and about how they were going to have a private meeting about it. The reason I am upset it because I know there is probably a one-on-one meeting with the supervisor in my future. I do what is required of me at this job, nothing more, nothing less. I have made it clear multiple times that I am willing to take on more responsibility if I am compensated accordingly. I guess I just want to have responses ready for if /when my work ethic is called into question. I know I could definitely be more efficient, but I am exhausted by this job and don't feel entirely supported by my coworkers. It also feels very juvenile for my coworker to vent about me to a supervisor over Teams. Anyway, any advice/tips are appeciated.
