Welp just ranty cause why not. My workplace did their reviews that they should be doing once a year(ha I have two and I have three years, and others say it been longer since their reviews) and apparently even through I do a great job by myself and not needing babysit like other people and have barely any training on most of the stuff I can run, they put needs improvement on the dumbest stuff. They think that I need to work on being left alone and being able to work without help, when I am the one fixing people's problems. Went above and beyond learning stuff not in my pay grade to hit rate for the company, working a shit ton of overtime without complaints.
